Task 2 The Eatwell chart



       Eatwell Chart

Eat well chart, it's a diagram food. It gives the criteria for nutritional guidance.

Purpose

It is to get people who have a normal body weight, maintained. In addition, this helps our digestive system more functional because depending on what we eat, is how the digestive system will react. It also seeks to reorient those poor to other healthier eating patterns, which help prevent and control disease. The dish was created as a graphical representation of the different types of foods to include every meal and their proportion, considering the physiognomic characteristics of Mexicans. It seeks to be a diet:

·  Balanced: have a fully balanced diet.
·  Innocuous: their consumption is not bad for health; it is not toxic or harmful to the body.
·  Enough: the food is not too little or too excessive.
·  Varied: including all the nutrients needed for good nutrition.
·  Right: the diet is based on each person. You have to take the biological, psycho-emotional and sociological factors into account.
